The services are conducted exclusively via digital video consultation and are structured as professional coaching and resilience consulting for expats, executives, and driven professionals.

2. No Medical Treatment / No Emergency Services

Please note that the online services offered on this platform (fulfill-yourself.com) are strictly defined as coaching and psychological counseling. They do not constitute medical psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or acute psychiatric treatment under German statutory health insurance frameworks. If you are experiencing an acute psychological or medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a local hospital immediately.

3. Booking, Payment & Fees

Appointments and session packages are booked and processed digitally through our integrated processor, SimplyBook.me. All fees must be paid in advance via the provided payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to secure your reservation.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your scheduled time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

More than 48 hours notice: You may reschedule or cancel your session free of charge through the booking system or by direct written notification.

Less than 48 hours notice: If a session is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged, as this dedicated time cannot be reassigned to another international client at short notice.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Absolute professional confidentiality is guaranteed. All personal information, conversation contents, and data shared during our sessions will be treated with the highest standards of privacy. For detailed information on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability Limitations

Coaching and consulting require active, voluntary collaboration from the client. While these services are grounded in high-level medical and psychological expertise, the success of the coaching ultimately depends on the client’s individual implementation. No specific psychological or financial outcomes can be legally guaranteed.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The legal framework for these online services is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for any contractual disputes is the provider's registered professional location.
